Greetings everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Blessed Hope! We are excited to remind you that on Sunday June 7 we will return to worship together for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic prompted us to suspend all in house programs and services for an undetermined and unknown period of time. Turns out it has been three months since then, but now Pastor Tom and the Deaconate feel it is time to begin to come back together for Sunday morning worship service. During the last month and a half, guidelines were drawn up, and put into place for the sole purpose of offering as safe of an environment as possible for worshipping together within the close quarters of our sanctuary/worship center.

Along with these guidelines, we are also announcing one other change. We will be starting our Sunday morning worship service at 10:00 AM rather than 10:15. We realize it may take a little time to get used to this change, but with possible necessity for further new models of worship due to situations and circumstances beyond our control, an earlier starting time will be beneficial in the long run. We will remain vigilant with the ongoing guidelines for an undetermined period of time, and due to the possible need for further new worship plans as we go forward. We ask for your patience and prayers as we make this and other transitional changes that will be implemented at a later time as we go forward with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ together!

We encourage you to be with us if you feel comfortable in so doing, but of course If you decide that it may be too risky, and/or you feel it is too soon for you to return to worship in person on Sunday mornings, please know that all of us at Hillview support you in that decision! We will pray for you and support you completely as best we can. However, don’t forget to continue to catch the service on Facebook Live at 10:00am every Sunday morning! Other streaming options are also being consider for live viewing, and of course the messages are archived on the Hillview Facebook page, on YouTube (search for Hillview Baptist – Murfreesboro), and on our website www.hillviewbc.net.

Our Phase One guidelines are also posted on our website. Please review those guidelines, and attempt to faithfully abide by them as much as is humanly possible. They are designed to help keep us all as safe as possible. Remember, if you are not quite ready to be back in the building with others, you can still watch the service via FaceBook live at 10:00 AM, or from a link on our website which allows archived access to YouTube AFTER the morning service has ended.

Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

God bless!
